Pre-registration fee is $100.00 per person
(until March 14, 2008 - Closed)

Registration fee is $125.00
(March 15 to June 15, 2008)

The conference registration fee is $150.00 per person
(after June 15, 2008)

Registration fees are non-transferable.

Note: There is a 5% cancellation fee after 30 days of registration

Student Registration Fees (Conference only)

The conference registration fee is $50.00 for students
(until June 15, 2008)

The conference registration fee is $75.00 for students
(after June 15, 2008)
